Avic Composite Corporation Ltd. is a unit of China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC). It is a Chinese state-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate headquartered in Beijing, mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of resin, prepreg and composite structural parts.

2 x Vulcan S25 were installed to treat the water for the whole brewery.
After the Vulcan installation, scale deposits were no longer found on the pumps, filters, nozzles and brushes. Detergent use was reduced dramatically, and now the recently washed automobiles show no signs of scale spotting.
Before installing Vulcan 5000, the scale had to be cleaned manually. 3 Months after the installation, there was no scale deposits at the bottom of the kettle or on the showerheads, scale in the water pipe and toilet was significantly reduced.

Mmineral scale builds up on the tubular heaters of the steam generating elements, after using the Vulcan technology our bakery no longer observes calcification issues on this problem area.
It has now been 4 months since installation of the Vulcan S100, and the scale problem have reduced significantly. Now the pipes and production equipment require much less cleaning. We are very satisfied with the performance of the Vulcan S100 Unit.
