We have a total of 478 water outlets in the building (289 water taps, 97 toilets, 92 showers). We face an annual water consumption of approximately 75,478 US gallons where a chemical system would cause tremendous costs and maintenance work for us. When checking the water tap outlets and showers we no longer find the typical scale build up or blockages. We have an indoor swimming pool which we use for all medical therapies. In this area we are also fully content with the effect of the water treatment.
The cooling tower system required manual cleaning 4-6 times a year. 6 months after installing the Vulcan S100 no new scale had formed in the cooling system
After multiple problems with scale build-up in our irons and laundry equipment we decided to try and solve this situation. After much research, we finally found the solution we were looking for. We chose the innovative line of water treatment, Vulcan. The Vulcan S25 unit was installed.
Vulcan S250 was installed on the chiller in the generator room, to ensure the long-term operation efficiency of the chiller and to avoid scale deposits.
The system Vulcan 5000 is an economic alternative to expensive heat exchangers, i.e. closed circulations of coolant with treated water. These heat exchangers cost about 5,000€. The device Vulcan 5000 has been used on a trial basis since the end of March to treat the coolant of our gas laser. On the 12th of December the company coherent GMBH checked the laser tubes for lime deposits on the ceramic surface. No lime deposits were detected, therefore, it is in all a positive result.
This test showed that the tendency to form lime deposits is reduced considerably by the “Vulcan 5000” water-treatment device. In addition, the effect continues for some days after “Vulcan 5000” has been switched off.
Within 3 months of installing the Vulcan Descaler the iron residual and sludge disappeared from our pipes. I’m staggered by the results. The pipe was completely clear and there were no signs of the iron scale at all. A reliable and clean sprinkler system is very important for us to maintain a healthy garden. The CWT system has saved me an enormous amount of time and money and I’m no longer cleaning sprinkler heads or replacing the solenoids in the reticulation system.
The Vulcan device has shown effect one week after it was installed. We replaced the filters in the bath fixtures during the installation of the device and since this time they have remained free of scale, as has the shower head.

Anyone familiar with Moriarty knows that the water here is awful. We battle with water hardness like no other place I know. Our hotel had been spending thousands of dollars installing water softeners and going through excessive amounts of salt and descaler to try to keep up. This would manifest itself in calcium buildup in our kitchen and bathroom fixtures, our ice machine, and our pool. We installed the Vulcan S100 and the Vulcan 5000 on your pool and the transformation at our facility has been nothing short of astounding.
