In the summer, a Vulcan 3000 was installed in the solar system to solve the scaling problems in the vacuum tubes. After Vulcan was installed for 3 months, the scale has been gradually softened and reduced.
Scale was very hard and required 5 people to manually clean the facility while the bathhouse was closed during maintenance. After 1 month the scale became really soft and easy to remove.
After 7 months the greenhouse staff saw a huge improvement in even water distribution. All plants and seedlings received the correct amount of water because the drippers/ nozzles were no longer blocked with mineral scale.
Hard mineral scale deposits were impacting the operating and performance of McDonald’s hot water heater in a Polish restaurant causing a significant heating costs increase and decreased efficiency.
After this very successful using of Vulcan in our White Castle restaurant #49 in Indianapolis, we installed the Vulcan 3000 and Vulcan 5000 device also in the White Castle restaurant #32 in New York and the White Castle restaurant #38 in New Jersey.
