We installed one of the mineral descaler devices on the Siemens circuit board manufacturing plant. To test the performance of the descaling system, we installed the unit just before a cleaning station with a water temperature of 122 F. We have to descale the water nozzles every day and we run a full cleaning once a week because our water hardness is so high. It has been 5 weeks since we installed the descaler and the mineral scale deposits have reduced so much that we have not had to run a single cleaning cycle over the past 5 weeks.
After an eight-week follow-up by us, accompanied by the Head of Maintenance, visual observation on the hot water tank and pictures. We found that the resistance and the walls of the tank were clean. The scale had loosened and fallen off, and it was a friable proof of the effect of the Vulcan treatment.
