The Vulcan descaler device not only saved our company a lot of water treatment costs, but also significantly lowered our filter cloth costs and the labor workload requird to deal with our mineral scale problems.

The water treatment system Vulcan S25 protects the entire water supply network and all the heating devices of the pools of the Średzki Water Park. The costs of normal treatment products with such a water flow of 25 m3/h would mean operating costs at € 3,900 per month (assuming 24 working per hour)! Vulcan S100 installed in Avignon Ceramic
We installed one of the mineral descaler devices on the Siemens circuit board manufacturing plant. To test the performance of the descaling system, we installed the unit just before a cleaning station with a water temperature of 122 F. We have to descale the water nozzles every day and we run a full cleaning once a week because our water hardness is so high. It has been 5 weeks since we installed the descaler and the mineral scale deposits have reduced so much that we have not had to run a single cleaning cycle over the past 5 weeks.
