Removes scaling from main AC condenser lines and hot water pipes
The Lurdy Shopping Mall and Office Centre is a 120,000 square-yard facility comprising of offices, shops and warehouses spaces for rent. Before installing the Vulcan descalers there was no water maintenance system in place and the mall owners had to change the whole cooling panels every 4 years.
After only 3 months, the descaling effect in the building was already apparent as bits of mineral scaling were being flushed out of faucets with the water flow.
Limescale began to clean itself even after 5 days of treatment, productivity improved, energy efficiencies increased.
Mineral descaling technology was implemented throughout this apartment’s hot water system to support the new renovation project to remove and prevent scale formation in heat exchangers, tanks, and pipelines.
After 4 months, no white scale was seen, only yellow rust was left. Although there were still substances in the plate heat exchanger, they had been softened This cleint stopped using all additional chemicals and water softening equipment to treat their water as part of this 4 month test. Although there were still substances in the plate heat exchanger, it was soft and could be easily removed by manually. There are no more white mineral scales on teh heat exchanger plates, only yellow-brown impurities left.
The 224 room at the ibis hotel in Surabaya City Center is an economy hotel for business and leisure travelers. The descaler is used to remove sediment scale off hot water heating elements.
The hotel had large amounts of scale chunks on the heating element and in the reservoir sump. After 12 weeks of using the Vulcan descaler the scale had been removed.
