Typically, we would often have to clean the scale from the pipe and filters but after installing the Vulcan this has not been necessary.
The Lurdy Shopping Mall and Office Centre is a 120,000 square-yard facility comprising of offices, shops and warehouses spaces for rent. Before installing the Vulcan descalers there was no water maintenance system in place and the mall owners had to change the whole cooling panels every 4 years.
After 14 days: Lactating cow milk production also improved, our piglets had higher body weights (before: 7 kg / now: 8 kg). Furthermore, we observed that scale and biofilms in old pipes for liquid feeding dissolved, leading to an improved feeding behavior of the fattened pigs.
After 1 year with the Vulcan descaler, the condenser approach temperature of the chiller has been reduced and there is no need to clean the condenser tubes every 6 months.
